HTC sees bad 4th quarter earnings?

OK i just read a small article over at engadget that says...HTC stutters in 4q earnings...which is awkward because up until the 4th quarter of the year...HTC had i beloved record earnings (id have to check that data) but either way I'm going to go into depth...consumer wise why they stuttered.

Now, the article read lack of lte devices...is that because of the couple devices on sprint being wimax...actually no...there aren't too many HTC devices available for big red....so when you connect the data of 4 minimum wimax devices for sprint and then the couple for big red and att, at least in America...you figure out how bad it is...But you have to look at it on a worldwide scale. How many overseas companies provide lte capabilities? I need to answer that question myself...later on i will...maybe in another article. Now also this article spoke to the build of devices, being bulky and owning bad battery life...but they do use qhd screen and higher power soc...sadly they are still in the 32nm snapdragon category while others are moving vastly into the 28nm category...honestly that makes a difference as does qhd screens against amoled .... Which is sadly becoming the norm now...everyone is making that transition to amoled screens...which boats amazing energy consumption.

I for one appreciate a stronger bulky feel, ive held razrs, galaxy s2 and other very slim devices...the iPhone 4 happens to be oje of those thin devices with a premium hefty build...that consumers love...so why do we look down on the bulky HTC built phones? Its weird if you ask me...im gonna keep my eye on HTC and see how they roll out of this funk.
